By accessing and using Wasabiz services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Wasabiz provides an AI-powered executive assistant service that integrates with WhatsApp Business to help automate customer service, appointment scheduling, and business communications. Our service is designed to enhance your business operations through intelligent automation.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, or insider trading. You will not spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages through our platform.

5. WhatsApp Integration

Our service requires integration with WhatsApp Business API. You must comply with WhatsApp's terms of service and business policies. We are not responsible for any violations of WhatsApp's terms that may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We will provide advance notice when possible for planned maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wasabiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
